Weinsanto S/S 27 – The Art of Audacity

For its Spring–Summer 2027 collection, WEINSANTO chooses a word that reads like a declaration: Audace.

The audacity to be seen.
The audacity to be desired.
The audacity to never apologise for taking up space.

The WEINSANTO woman is fierce, sensual and free. The collection embraces colour, volume and excess with the house’s signature lightness.

A bestiary runs through the collection. Zebra, leopard, reptile: animal prints collide, overlap and transform. Sequins take on leopard patterns, while certain motifs acquire texture and volume.

In the couture pieces, the body becomes sculpture. A second-skin crin dress with a reptilian allure is covered in a holographic, three-dimensional animal print developed with Teintures de France, giving it texture, movement and depth. Corsetry, meanwhile, sculpts more graphic, sensual forms.

The collection also expresses a simple intention: to show that animal-inspired fantasy can exist without using animal skin.

Colour erupts, codes blur, and nothing seeks discretion.

And, as always at WEINSANTO, fashion becomes spectacle. La Grande Dame returns to the spotlight, opening the show alongside Lady, Victor Weinsanto’s dog, setting the tone for a show where glamour, humour and theatricality play off one another.

Beneath the extravagance, Audace is also a thank-you letter to the LGBTQIA+ community, which lies at the heart of Victor Weinsanto’s universe: a community that has turned appearance into a language, difference into strength, and excess into freedom.

Here, being yourself is not a risk. It is an act of empowerment.
