Tailored Brands announces a new customer service director

Whit Alexander has been named the new executive vice president and chief customer officer of Tailored Brands, Inc. (the “Company”), effective February 24, 2025. With a wealth of expertise in consumer analytics, performance marketing, and brand strategy in dynamic omnichannel environments, Mr. Alexander joins Tailored Brands.

Alexander will join the Company’s executive committee and report to Peter Sachse, Tailored Brands’ CEO. He will be in charge of increasing growth by intimately knowing customer preferences and enabling world-class, innovative marketing strategies that line with our brand strategy. He will also be in charge of the enterprise’s data and analytics, as well as strategy.

Alexander formerly worked as a partner with McKinsey & Company since 2023, assisting consumer companies pursuing growth transformation. He was previously the executive vice president and chief strategy officer of Best Buy, as well as the chief transformation officer, chief marketing officer, and senior vice president of personalization, loyalty, and strategy. During his time at Best Buy, he helped redefine the company’s brand strategy and purpose, oversaw positioning, membership, and enterprise strategy work, led the media and financial services divisions, and implemented analytics-driven personalization initiatives to engage and retain customers.

Alexander previously worked at Target Corporation as vice president of guest planning and loyalty marketing, as well as vice president of guest insights and marketing business intelligence.
