The 16th edition of Cracow Fashion Week – one of the most important fashion events in Poland – kicks off on March 23! The slogan of this year’s edition, “Design Your Future,” emphasizes how fashion shapes the future and becomes an expressive artistic medium
The event will inaugurate the prestigious Cracow Fashion Awards, which will be held in the unique setting of the Polish Aviation Museum in Cracow. During the Graduation Gala of the School of Artistic Fashion Design SAPU, the most talented graduates will present their collections, and their designs will be evaluated by an international jury, which will select the “Collection of the Year.”
Cracow Fashion Week 2025 is not only about shows, but also a wide program of accompanying events. Until March 29, Krakow will host public exhibitions, workshops, fairs and lectures by experts from around the world. Open masterclasses will be conducted by Landiana Cerciu, Mitichi Preda, Marcin Swiderek, Michal Zaczynski, Mária Štraneková and Katarzyna Zajączkowska, among others.
Pro-environmental initiatives and those supporting young artists will include the “No Waste Show,” promoting sustainable fashion, and the Polish Sewing Championships, during which participants will have the opportunity to demonstrate their sewing skills by creating unique designs.
An international “Focus on Fashion” exhibition awaits lovers of fashion photography. In addition, SAPU students will have the opportunity to present their designs in various galleries and art spaces in Cracow.
