More than 50 years after Frank Brown opened its doors, Brown & Company Jewelers is reinvesting in the store where it all began. The family-owned jeweler today unveiled the renovated interior of its Roswell flagship, the first phase of a transformation designed to carry the original store into its next chapter.

Even as Brown & Company has grown to include its Buckhead Village store, Roswell remains the heart of the family business. The flagship is where Brown & Company’s jewelers and watchmakers work, where custom pieces come to life and where clients bring their timepieces for service. For five decades, it has also been where families from Roswell, Milton, Alpharetta and Johns Creek have marked their biggest moments, often across three generations.
“I grew up with this business, and I’ve watched families who celebrated their engagements here come back with their children and grandchildren for their own,” said Sara Beth Prendeville, president of Brown & Company Jewelers. “This renovation is about honoring the legacy we’ve built in Roswell while creating an elevated experience for the next generation of Brown & Co. clients. We’re excited to introduce new designers, expand our collections, and create a beautiful space for our clients to explore, while continuing to deliver the personal service, craftsmanship, and lasting relationships that have defined Brown & Co. for over 50 years.”
The interior transformation includes a redesigned 6,150-square-foot main retail space, featuring an updated layout and new showcases. A new service counter sits in front of a glass wall where clients can watch the store’s jewelers and watchmakers at work – craftsmanship many jewelers send out. Each luxury watch brand now has its own dedicated space, alongside a redesigned David Yurman area.
The flagship also continues to house a dedicated Cartier boutique, offering a distinct setting to discover the Maison’s collections.
The completed interior renovation also introduces a new 1,140-square-foot bridal salon, expanding the store’s engagement offering from a single display case to an entire room. The exterior renovation will be the next and final phase, planned for early 2027. The exterior design will complement the redesigned interior while preserving the original building’s character.
